This page contains Almitra Tattva Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before ordering any Almitra Tattva product. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and the information below.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
You can return a product and get it exchanged within 7 days of receipt only if there is a Manufacturing defect. Your product will be replaced in next 7 working days once we receive the product from you. There will be no cash back for the same. However you can opt for a credit note*
TO INITIATE A RETURN/EXCHANGE: Email [email protected] and include your name and order number in the email body. We’ll email you back within 2-3 business days with further instructions.
PRE-ORDERS: Are considered FINAL SALE upon payment and are not eligible for cancellation, return, refund or exchange.

At Almitra Tattva Babywearing Art Studio, your privacy is very important to us. As part of the normal operation of our business we collect and in some cases, use your information to send you relevant marketing support.
Our main purpose in collecting your personal information is to provide you with smooth services when you order from our website. Almitra Tattva will only collect your personal information that we consider necessary for this purpose and will not disclose your personal information to any third parties, unless you indicate so.
By purchasing through Almitra Tattva, you agree that we may use personal information about you to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, to analyze site usage and to improve our product offerings.
You agree that we may use your information to deliver electronic information to you that is targeted to your interests, such as emails of new product offerings. By purchasing from our site, you expressly agree to receive this information. If you do not wish to receive any marketing materials, we encourage you to opt-out by following the instructions when you receive our email newsletter.
If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending an e-mail, calling or writing, and telling us that you do not want to receive e-mail from our company.
PAYMENT
All products remain the property of Almitra Tattva until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.
SHIPPING
Almitra Tattva guarantees the delivery of any order.
Almitra Tattva is not responsible for lost packages due to mistyped addresses.
Almitra Tattva cannot guarantee shipping times due to delays caused by carriers, customs, holidays or natural events.
Allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped from our facility (2-4 days during sales and product launches).
Orders made late Thursday evening and Friday can be shipped out the following Monday.
International shipments may be subject to delays due to world events outside our control. Local/international charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer’s expense. Please note Almitra Tattva is unable to estimate the total amount of taxes or duties that may be due at time of delivery. International orders are considered Final Sale once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange.
If a customer refuses to accept the parcel for reasons other than parcel or product damage the company is not liable to refund, this also includes customer not paying custom duty if any levied.
SALES AND PRODUCT LAUNCHES
Almitra Tattva experiences a large volume of orders during our sales and seasonal product launches.
Due to the large volume of orders you can expect:
Orders to be ship from our facility within 2-4 business days.
Almitra Tattva cannot refund anyone for the sales price of a product if purchased before the time of the sale.
Orders purchased during the sale cannot be cancelled, refunded, modified or exchanged.
Coupon codes are not valid during our sales.
Products may be further marked down during the sale. Refunds will not be issued for purchases made before a further markdown.
Almitra Tattva reserves the right to refund any purchase.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Almitra Tattva reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice.
Almitra Tattva has the right to cancel any order and refund the amount paid.
All products once washed cannot be returned.
We work with weavers directly and are not into buying and selling of yarns, any difference in blend is not in our control. We do test from time to time, but the weavers buy yarn locally before dyeing. We are a small home grown business and the weavers also are small weavers with looms. The blends mentioned are as per our weavers declaration and we encourage you to purchase at your discretion. However our wraps are safety tested.
Whilst we endeavour to ensure the accuracy of our colour images on this website, we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracy or misunderstanding due to colour images not seeming to match the actual product they portray. Computer monitor setups vary enormously so it is impossible to ensure colours appear the same from one computer screen to another
Handwoven fabrics
As these wraps are hand woven any shift of threads, knots or nubs is not considered as a flaw but as a beauty of hand wovens, also this would not affect the functionality of the wrap.

Almitra Tattva products are safety tested, ergonomic and we use baby safe dyes as we care for the ones you care.
